Monochrome Simple Thank You Email Header (800 x 100 px) - how i work with you

Choosing a cruise involves more than picking a ship and a date. Small decisions around itinerary, ship style, timing and pacing can shape the entire experience. My role, as your personal cruise advisor, is to help you make those decisions with clarity and confidence.

I work as your personal guide throughout the cruise planning process, helping you understand all your options, weigh tradeoffs and ultimately choose the cruise that best fits how you want to travel.

Step 1: Start With a Conversation
Everything begins with a discovery call.

This is a relaxed conversation where we talk through what you have in mind, what matters most to you and what kind of cruise experience you’re hoping to have. You don’t need to arrive with all the answers. The goal is to get clear on direction before anything is booked.

This step helps ensure we’re a good fit and that the planning process starts on solid footing.

Step 2: Clarifying Options and Tradeoffs
Once we've decided to work together and I understand your priorities, I help you sort through cruise options that align with how you want to travel.

This includes discussing differences between brands, ships, itineraries, cabin types, and explaining how those choices affect the overall experience. Rather than presenting endless options, I focus on helping you understand which ones make sense and which likely do not.

The goal here is not more choices. It’s better ones.

Step 3: Thoughtful Planning and Booking
After we’ve identified the right direction, I guide you through the booking process and help coordinate the details that support the overall plan. This includes timing considerations, cabin selection and planning elements that are easy to overlook when booking on your own. Throughout this step, I remain focused on alignment, making sure decisions continue to support the experience you want to have.

Step 4: Ongoing Support
My involvement doesn’t end once the booking is complete.

I stay available to answer questions and assist with changes if needed. I am also there to help with booking air and hotels pre/post cruise, as well as to support you through preparation and departure. You are not handed off or left to manage details on your own. My role is to help the process feel supported from start to finish.

A Long-Term Approach
Most of my clients return year after year because the process becomes easier over time.

As I learn how you travel and what you value, planning becomes more efficient and decisions become clearer. The goal is not a one-time transaction, but a long-term relationship that saves time, reduces your stress and leads to better cruise experiences each and every time.

Is This the Right Fit?
I work best with travelers who value comfort, clarity and thoughtful planning. If you are looking for the lowest price above all else or prefer to handle every detail yourself, I may not be the right fit. But, if you want guidance before you book and a steady hand throughout the process, we should talk.

Ready to Begin?
If you’re considering a cruise and want help choosing an option that fits how you want to travel, a discovery call is the best place to start.

No pressure. Just clarity.
